Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer you a free reprint or a full refund.

    •    Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

    •    Provide a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.

    •    There is no need to return the product.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    •    Wrong size, color, or design ordered

    •    Change of mind

 

Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

    2    Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

    3    We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
